WINGS students earn their wings with exclusive Station 23 trip

Wings aren’t given. They’re earned.

After 20 weeks of pursuing greatness, more than 60 students in our Jordan Brand WINGS program capped the yearlong experience off with an invite-only trip to Station 23 and an exclusive experience with NFL players.

Students from Daley, Deneen, Chalmers and Dvorak elementary schools left their respective schools and jumped right into a high-energy adventure on a custom-tailored Jumpman football field with NFL rookie sensations Jamal Ramsey and Corey Coleman. Students who earned the Station 23 trip shared the field with Jordan Brand athletes and trainers, and participated in a Q&A session with Ramsey and Coleman the night before the NFL Draft, which was held in Chicago.

WINGS is a partnership program between Jordan Brand and Triple Threat Mentoring for 200 students at 4 schools on the south and west sides of Chicago. The year-long community impact initiative aims to empower at-risk youth to help them dream, pursue and achieve greatness.
